J. Rufus Paul is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in communication. With over 20 years of experience in both public relations and mainstream media works, he has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments.

With a degree in Mass Communication and a candidate for Master’s in Public Policy at the prestigious Hill City University of Science and Technology (HCUB) in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, J. Rufus Paul has since embarked on a professional journey that has shaped his expertise and skills.

Over the years, he has gained valuable experience in active media work (print and electronic outlets) and public relations, working for renowned entities such as Daily Observer newspaper, FrontpageAfrica newspaper and Super FM radio station.

On the public relations front, Paul has served as media consultant for the C.B Barshell School System, and he is the current Vice Chairman for Press and Public Relations of the ruling Unity Party (UP).

During this time, he successfully led cross-functional teams, managed complex projects, and effectively collaborated with stakeholders at all levels.

With a passion for continuous learning, Paul is set to actively pursue a Law degree to enhance his knowledge and stay up to date with the latest fast-growing legal trends. This additional qualification will not only strengthen his skills but will also showcase his commitment to professional growth.
