Henrietta Berrian is the Assistant Minister for Administration at MICAT. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of Liberia. She holds several other professional certificates including a Certificate in Professional Nursing Aide from St Amos Nursing Aide & Practical Nursing School in Central Region, Ghana, and a Certificate in E-Governance from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) in India through the support of the India Ministry of Education. Assistant Minister Berrian was, until her nomination by President Boakai, Home Office Coordinator in the Office of Senator Abraham Darius Dillon, Senator of Montserrado County. She is glad to serve the country in her current role.
