MoH Hosts Technical Review On Family Planning Compliance

In an effort to strengthen family planning programs and ensure improved healthcare services for communities across Liberia, the Ministry of Health (MoH) has climaxed a two-day technical review meeting on Family Planning Compliance in Grand Bassa County. 

The meeting focused on family planning compliance monitoring and supervision findings, a release from the MoH issued Tuesday, April 1, 2025, stated.  

According to the statement, the gathering aimed to assess the delivery of family planning services across various counties and discuss strategies to address identified gaps.

“The review session is designed to evaluate supervision findings, highlight key challenges, and propose actionable solutions to enhance the implementation of family planning services nationwide,” it added.

The MoH release informed that the meeting was attended by participants of  12 counties; include Bomi, Gbarpolu, Montserrado, Grand Cape Mount, Bong, Grand Gedeh, River Gee, Maryland, Lofa, Nimba, Margibi, and Grand Bassa Counties.

 It was also attended by representatives from the County Reproductive Health Supervisors (CRHS), Clinical staff, the Center for International Health, Development, and Delivery (CiHDD), and the Division of Reproductive Health Services (DRHS).
